The Digital Typewriter
Concept
So for my senior year project, I decided to make some short films with my friend. We upload them very irregularly to our YouTube channel, which you can find in the contact section. Writing presented an interesting challenge. Screenplays are traditionally written with very specific formatting, and there are many tools out there to streamline this process. Now, I am a picky person with a software background. Therefore, when I have a difficult time finding very basic software for free, I will quite often attempt to write my own. It is a horrifically buggy mess of software, but it is what I have been using to write the screenplay for each and every film.
